Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
A style of competition in which fighters are allowed to use both striking and grappling styles to win by knockout (KO), submission (tapout), technical knockout/referee stoppage (TKO), or judges’ decision. The popularity of MMA events like the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Bellator, and the World Series of Fighting mean there are millions of fans — and plenty of people eager to train.

Nak Muay or Muay Thai training (translated as “Thai Boxing” )
Developed hundreds of years ago in Thailand. Nak Muay is known as “the art of eight limbs” because of the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. 

Because of its effectiveness, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighters typically favor Muay Thai over other striking martial arts. Even Jiu-Jitsu practitioners will take classes to improve their striking abilities.

Muay Thai is fun, safe to train and VERY effective!


Jiu Jitsu
Jiu-Jitsu is a fighting system with a wide range of combat techniques. You are trained to fight standing and on the ground; strikes, kicks, punches, joint locks, holds, chokes, throwing and grappling with immobilization restraining, self-defense and combat techniques. Jiu-Jitsu also teaches a variety of weapons techniques and it's use.

If you want to be a champion you must train like a champion

Everyone wants to be a winner, to be successful and admired for their achievements but how many individuals are willing to put forth the hard work and sacrifice to get there? How can I train differently to become a better athlete? Most young athletes that start "working out" are introduced to traditional strength training exercises like a bench press. While this exercise has its place, athletic performance is built around more than just muscular strength. Mostsports require integration of major muscle groups with speed, quickness, agility and balance.


With our online training program you will receive:

  • A personalized nutrition plan, supplement program, weight training and cardio split, and all other pieces of the puzzle needed for you to see the big picture of your overall goal.

  • We have weekly progress pics and goal setting to keep you accountable as well as weekly email meetings where we go over questions and your progress to make needed changes to your program.

  • Your program will be completely tailored to match your training goals. It will include personalized and
    detailed Strength, Flexibility, and Cardiovascular programs as well as your sets, reps and intensity levels will be outlined for you.

  • At the end of your first week you will receive an email to schedule your weekly program review.

  • After your discussion we will make any specific adjustments that needed based on your personal rate of
    progress in order to help you achieve maximal results and will email your next week's program with
    adjustments if needed.

  • This process will last for the duration of your program.
